The comfort and safety of all members are of paramount importance to us. All residences are access-controlled with 24-hour staff overseeing the facility.
Is there an age requirement for residency?
The minimum age requirement for a nursing home varies based on the facility, but most only admit residents aged 62+. Moreover, there are laws and regulations governing nursing home admission, so it’s crucial to determine if this type of care is needed
May couples live together in a residence?
Yes, spouses or partners can live together in our facility. Inquire directly with the facility for room availability and specialty rate structures.
Are pets permitted in assisted living residences?
No, pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
What type of nursing care is provided?
Our nursing’s staff goes beyond the minimum requirements state by the Agency for Health Care Administration requires. We have a full time Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LPN) and Certified Nursing Assistants.
What is the monthly rent?
In compliance with Florida laws the minimum age is 65, however special qualifications may allow younger individuals if you have a qualifying disability. Call our facility and speak directly to our staff.
